House Rules

During the summer months, no open flames or candles are allowed on the property. The fire pit and BBQ cannot be used if there is a Total Fire Ban in force. Pets are fine and will love the place but large, unruly dogs are not permitted.

The space
The living room divides the house into two sides with two bedrooms on either side. One side also has a second bathroom with shower.

The interior is modern and stylish with a country feel. homely and comfortable.

Each bedroom comes with a heater and fan, luggage racks, private entry and access in and out of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a Nespresso machine with complimentary pods. The over has four gas burners and a flat stove top too.

The bathroom has a jacuzzi and walk in shower with modern fittings, very recently renovated.

All amenities such as towels, soaps and shampoos are provided, alongside a complimentary gift basket and some seasonal fruits.

**The single rooms can be converted to king size beds upon request**

The house is has a wraparound verandah with ample space for relaxing. There is a 500m field that is completely private and all yours to enjoy. There is also a private swimming spot (pebble beach) which can be accessed from the property by following the private walking trail through the paulownia forest.
Guest access
The whole cottage is yours to enjoy together with trails through the woods and fields of the farm
Additional notes
The single bedrooms can be converted to king size rooms upon request.
